Our first solo development project in East Drive, Bishopstoke was completed two years ago. The site was built on wasteland that belonged to the local Methodist church and following negotiations with the local planning authority an attractive staggered terrace of four two bedroom starter homes were constructed.
We were keen for these properties to offer a little more than the “norm” and for each to be an individual so we added stone cills and cladding to the exteriors and front doors of different colours plus decked areas to the rear of the properties. Whilst the interiors offered fully fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, contemporary bathrooms and cloakrooms, white shaker style doors complimented by matching skirtings and architraves and stylish chrome fittings. Walnut laminated floors were laid to the ground floor and purchasers offered a choice of carpets for the stairs and first floor.
